7/6/2024: Sudan Tribune - UN Secretary-General condemns deadly RSF attack in Sudan’s Al-Jazirah

Sudan Tribune report that UN Secretary-General António Guterres strongly condemned the attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Wad Al-Noura village, Al-Jazirah state, Sudan, which reportedly killed over 100 people on June 5th.

In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, the Secretary-General urged all parties to the conflict to immediately cease attacks that could harm civilians or damage civilian infrastructure.
