8/8/19: Reuters – Sudan’s annual inflation rate climbs to 52.59% in July

 Reuters reports that Sudan’s annual inflation rate hit 52.59% in July, from 47.78% in June, state news agency SUNA said.

 Inflation increased due to rising prices of food items such as meat, bread and grains, SUNA reported.
